Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 6 months ago

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition. 

R+Co offers free returns* and/or exchanges for R+Co products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on randco.com. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. The free returns and exchanges policy do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. If you have used Afterpay as a payment method, please be aware that the processing times may be longer.
