Yes, R+Co hair care products are safe for use in keratin treatments. R+Co does not use Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, both of which can be harsh, stripping and could potentially shorten the length of time that a straightening process lasts.  

Also, R+Co Bleu products are formulated without direct addition of sodium chloride. Sodium chloride has been found to break down the bonds of keratin in the hair and shorten the length of time that the straightening process would hold.
